Zane Hedaya

Attorney Zane Hedaya focuses on representing consumers in debt collection, credit reporting, telemarketing, and data privacy litigation and arbitration. Attorney Hedaya is admitted to practice law in Florida and Texas. Additionally, Attorney Hedaya is barred federally in the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of Texas, the Western District of Texas, and the Eastern District of Texas. 

Attorney Hedaya attended law school at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. Attorney Hedaya was valedictorian of his law school class and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Attorney Hedaya was a member of Stetson Law Review. As part of his participation in law review, Attorney Hedaya wrote a case note on Tsao v. Captiva MVP Rest. Partners, an Eleventh Circuit case addressing Article III standing in consumer data breach cases. Also, while in law school, Attorney Hedaya was a federal judicial extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Sean P. Flynn, of the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.

Attorney Hedaya was born in Tarzana, California and raised in Tampa, Florida. Attorney Hedaya received his undergraduate degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. While at Holy Cross, Attorney Hedaya was a pitcher on the NCAA Division I baseball team.
