Daman Saduara

Daman Saduara is an Associate at the Law Offices of Jibrael S. Hindi, where he supports the firm’s work in consumer protection litigation, arbitration, and complex federal statutory matters.
Born in Punjab, India, Daman grew up in Toronto, Canada, where he developed an early interest in law, global affairs, and cross-border legal systems. He later pursued his legal education in the United Kingdom, earning his LL.B. from the University of Leicester. During his time there, he served as a peer mentor and student advisor in the university’s Legal Advice Clinic, assisting clients with matters involving consumer protection, employment disputes, contracts, and housing issues while gaining practical exposure to client advocacy and legal problem-solving.
Daman furthered his legal training by pursuing an LL.M in International Arbitration at the University of Miami School of Law. His studies focus on dispute resolution and international commercial arbitration, with an emphasis on complex cross-border disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Daman worked with a Top-200 AM law firm, where he assisted the International Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group on matters involving cross-border disputes governed by arbitration rules such as ICC, ICDR, UNCITRAL, AAA, and FINRA. Through this experience, he contributed to legal research, drafting memoranda and pleadings, and assisting attorneys with litigation strategy in complex commercial disputes.
At the Law Offices of Jibrael S. Hindi, Daman assists with arbitration proceedings in JAMS, AAA, and NAMS as well as consumer protection litigation, including matters involving federal statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). He supports attorneys throughout the litigation process, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing arbitration submissions.
Daman is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, allowing him to connect with and serve clients from diverse backgrounds.
