Manolo Towers is a passionate advocate for consumers and everyday individuals, committed to holding powerful corporations accountable when they break the law. His work focuses on complex litigation, including mass arbitration and class action lawsuits under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA). Within the sphere of consumer law, Towers has experience with class actions involving unlawful and persistent telemarketing campaigns, including repeated and intrusive text message solicitations to consumers.

Additionally, Towers has a strong background in personal injury litigation, with a particular focus on automobile accidents. He advocates for individuals whose lives have been disrupted by serious crashes and aggressively pursues claims against insurance companies that delay, deny, or underpay valid claims. Towers approaches each case with enthusiasm and intensity, building the strongest possible position for his clients from day one.

Towers earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where he graduated near the top of his class and earned a Certificate in Sports Law. During law school, he distinguished himself academically, earning the CALI Award for the highest grade in Contract Drafting and scoring Top 5% across several advanced courses, including Mergers & Acquisitions. He served as President of the Latino Law Student Association, competed on Tulane’s Moot Court Appellate Team, and was a Mock Trial Champion, demonstrating his ability to think quickly, advocate forcefully, and prevail in adversarial settings.

Towers was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, where he studied English Literature while completing a rigorous pre-medical curriculum.

Prior to joining Jibrael Law, Towers gained experience at both an internationally recognized law firm and America’s largest personal injury law firm. As a Summer Associate at Bracewell LLP, he worked on sophisticated corporate, finance, and litigation matters involving high-value transactions. He later worked with injured clients at Morgan & Morgan, where he managed a substantial caseload and developed extensive experience in motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

Towers successfully passed the Florida Bar Exam and is currently pending admission to the Florida Bar.
