Attorney Hedaya attended law school at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. Attorney Hedaya was valedictorian of his law school class and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Attorney Hedaya was a member of Stetson Law Review. As part of his participation in law review, Attorney Hedaya wrote a case note on Tsao v. Captiva MVP Rest. Partners, an Eleventh Circuit case addressing Article III standing in consumer data breach cases. Also, while in law school, Attorney Hedaya was a federal judicial extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Sean P. Flynn, of the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.
Attorney Hedaya was born in Tarzana, California and raised in Tampa, Florida. Attorney Hedaya received his undergraduate degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. While at Holy Cross, Attorney Hedaya was a pitcher on the NCAA Division I baseball team.
