Mr. Hedaya was born in Tarzana, California, and raised in Tampa, Florida. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he also competed as a pitcher on the NCAA Division I baseball team.

Mr. Hedaya went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude and as valedictorian of his class. During his time at Stetson, he served as a distinguished member of the Stetson Law Review, where he authored a case note examining the Eleventh Circuit’s decision in Tsao v. Captiva MVP Restaurant Partners—a significant ruling on Article III standing in the context of consumer data breach litigation. He also gained valuable experience as a federal judicial extern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Sean P. Flynn of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.

Mr. Hedaya is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida, New York, New Jersey, and Texas. He is also admitted to practice law in ten federal districts, including the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.
